ABOUT US

Michelle Teramatsu
Michelle Teramatsu, an LA native, has been a dedicated yogi since childhood. She hopes to create a safe space for students to truly embody their experience on the mat. She designs her classes in combination with other types of therapeutic & somatic practices. She enjoys bringing in her knowledge of the chakras, multiple styles of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
Michelle strives to help others connect with not just their physical health, but their mental and emotional health as well. Her belief is the healthier an individual is, the more they can contribute and share their unique gifts with this world.
When not working, she spends her time with her family (husband, two young boys, and dog Pepe) and studies to deepen her understanding of the power of collective healing.

With a heart for helping others, Andrea aims to hold space for those facing challenges, fostering an environment of support and connection. Emphasizing the importance of laughter and the healing power of a hug
